Warranty

VALHALLA MARKETING - FZCO offers a two-year warranty on all products purchased through the website, covering manufacturing defects. Ordering products

A product must be in stock to be sold, this is the basis of dealing at UGlowe, if you order any product that is out of stock, for any reason such as we are unable to provide the product, we will promptly inform you to cancel the order and refund any amounts or debit your card balance (if you purchased through it).

You must ensure that the products, free samples or gifts you receive from UGlowe are for your personal use, and you are not authorized to sell them by any means.

VALHALLA MARKETING - FZCO has the right to refuse or cancel any purchase order, for any reason whatsoever including errors in pricing information or an issue that may occur during order processing.

Once you click on the payment button and confirm your purchase, you agree to pay the full amount due on your order, including COD fees if you choose this option.

Prices and payment methods

We accept many payment methods, including the following:

Shipping

VALHALLA MARKETING - FZCO delivers all its products to any address within the UAE for free.

Products ordered for you from the UGlowe website are delivered within 1 day to 3 business days, starting from the date of the purchase order confirmation, which is sent to you via email.

It may happen that you purchase some products, but there is no one to pick them up, in which case you are entitled to receive some additional information about the delivery procedure of the purchase order, and you are entitled to arrange an alternative delivery date.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation

Returns

You can return products within 90 days from the order date in accordance with our money-back guarantee. Returns are made on the following grounds:

- You received a product that is not what you ordered: You can return the item in the same condition, pack it and send it back to us after contacting customer service.

- The product you received is damaged or defective: You can return the item in the same condition you received it in its original packaging, we will inspect it, and if it is found to be damaged or defective, we will initiate the refund process.

- The product does not meet the specifications shown on the website: Contact customer service immediately to explain the situation, and upon confirmation, you can start the return process.

Product status in a return

To return, the product must still be in its original packaging, have no labels or tags removed, have the original invoice, and be no more than 90 days from the date of order. We will not accept any returns if the product has been opened, used or tampered with. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

How to get a refund

If you pay by credit card or Tabby, the amount is refunded to the original payment method and may take 10 to 45 days to appear on your statement, depending on the bank. In the case of Cash on Delivery, the amount is refunded via a method to be agreed upon with customer service.

Product Liability

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree that all responsibility for the Product rests with the manufacturer, except for the return and warranty terms listed above. Compensation
