Return policy

You can return products within 90 days from the order date in accordance with our money-back guarantee. Returns are made on the following grounds:

- You received a product that is not what you ordered: You can return the item in the same condition, pack it and send it back to us after contacting customer service.

- The product you received is damaged or defective: You can return the item in the same condition you received it in its original packaging, we will inspect it, and if it is found to be damaged or defective, we will initiate the refund process.

- The product does not meet the specifications shown on the website: Contact customer service immediately to explain the situation, and upon confirmation, you can start the return process.

- Customer's preference: You can return non-defective products based on your personal preference, provided they are in their original condition.

In all cases, you can return the product by contacting customer service.

Return Process

to start the return process:

  1. Contact customer service via Hello@uglowe.com or WhatsApp on 0503106716 to let us know that you want a refund.
  2. Carefully package the product in its original packaging with the invoice.
  3. Send the product to the address we will provide via registered mail.

The cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer, and the original shipping charges (if any) are not refunded.

Refund policy

If you pay by credit card or Tabby, the amount is refunded to the original payment method and may take 10 to 45 days to appear on your statement, depending on the bank. In the case of Cash on Delivery, the amount is refunded via a method to be agreed upon with customer service.

Warranty

We offer a two-year warranty on all products against manufacturing defects. If you encounter a warranty issue, contact us to arrange a repair or refund under the terms of the warranty.
