This policy allows cardholders to cancel their orders under the conditions specified below, while complying with local laws in the United Arab Emirates.

Cancellation conditions

Customers can cancel their orders before the order is shipped, i.e. before it is delivered to the shipping company (Imile). Orders placed before 3:00 PM Dubai time will be processed the same day, while orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next day. An order can be canceled before shipping begins.

Refund Policy After Cancellation

Refunds are only issued through the original payment method (Credit Card, Tabby, or Cash on Delivery). Refunds are processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the card issuing bank or payment method. For COD, the refund method (e.g. wire transfer) is agreed upon with Customer Service.

Orders that cannot be canceled

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. In this case, you can request a return after receiving the product in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, which allows returns within 90 days from the date of purchase.
